Sergei did a great job installing a water softener in our garage and a reverse osmosis system in our kitchen. I put the job out for bid on Yelp and every other water softener company replied by saying to call them. Sergei gave me a fair price right away and didn’t try to “up” it when he came out like one other guy did. He was always punctual and very neat. He had to cut a hole in the garage wall to get access to the pipes and he covered the hole where it looked nice and neat. He used copper pipes which to me said, “quality.” We had some errands to run so left him alone in our home as we could tell he was a person of integrity.
